In mask form : 10% of the composition in 90% jojoba oil. Distribute over the scalp, rub in slow, circular movements (it is the scalp that moves, not the fingers!), And leave to act from one hour to overnight before shampooing. Jojoba helps rebalance sebum production, whether the hair is dry or oily.

In the form of a hair lotion : choose a hydrosol: rose hydrosol as a stimulant for the scalp, rosemary hydrosol with verbenone for oily hair, roman chamomile hydrosol for itchy scalps. For 100 ml of hydrosol, incorporate two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, for pH balance. Add 5 ml of the Hair Energetic composition, which corresponds to 100 drops. Before applying to the scalp, always shake vigorously.

Or: 3 to 4 drops in your dose of neutral shampoo.

The same dose can be incorporated into a dose of rhassoul (to be cut with water), which preserves the protective film of the scalp and hair.
